The complex is composed by two villas built right on the sea. The villas are divided into 26 small holiday apartments. Between the villas you will find a shared garden equipped with tables and chairs. The staircase that leads to the beach is in the garden, too. It's a pebble beach. If you prefer soft sandy beaches, you can find a golden one, perfect for your kids as well, at about 1.5 km (1 mile) from the property.

The complex offers a reception service, where friendly staff will be available to assist you and provide tourist information.
Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a public pebble beach. You will reach it from the garden along a stairway which consists of approximately 22 steps. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. The access to the sea is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
 Patio
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea.
Garden with Jacuzzi pool
The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It features a Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (2 by 2 meters, 6.5 by 6.5 feet). You will be able to reach it from the living room. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and bright. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio and the garden with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
