The hot tub needs a little work, rust stains and a little gritty but not too bad at all.
My only complaint would be the lack of a place to store luggage. Its a late check-in(4pm) and an early check-out(10am). We were stuck with luggage for 4 hrs while we waited for the shuttle. The company did offer to let us put luggage in their office in.....Frisco. So that was not much help. So unless you figure something out for your luggage don't show up early or try and stay in town later.
