Beach Retreat has a 3000 square foot heated pool, BBQ Grills, Picnic area, Exercise Room, & deeded (Private) beach access! ***A small dog may be okay!*** Please ask! New 47 inch Plasma TV in the living room and 32 inch LCD TVs in all the bedrooms! The master bedroom is on the beach side of the condo with a King bed and new flat screen TV! The master bathroom is big with an extra long double vanity, huge corner garden tub, and a separate shower!

This condo is ground floor so no stairs to climb! Conveniently located to all the major attractions. The Destin Commons Mall is about a mile and a half to the west and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall is the same distance to the east! All water sports including parasailing, jet skiing, surfing, etc are all right at the beach! Take a dolphin cruise or a deep sea fishing trip at the Destin Harbor! Restaurants are close too! Walk to Pompano Joes, Captain Daves, & Kenny D's. Great location, great views, great price!
