Stayed for 8 days in April, 2013 After the shock of being charged...$30-Reservation Fee, $49.00-Accidental Damage Waiver, $125.00-Departure Cleaning Fee for a total of $204.00 for the privilege of renting this unit I doubt if I would return or recommend Captain Cook Real Estate. The DVD player didn't work, but the rep. went out & got a new one immediately. The location was perfect - close to the beach, a grocery store across the street, easy to drive to other locations...I'd recommend this place for sure. Free parking was great as parking is an issue in the area. Beds were very comfortable, all the supplies we needed were there such as dishes, towels, hair dryer, etc... There was no fan in the bathroom but we didn't find this to be a problem. Great for 2 people, for 3 it'd be too tight I think.
