Beach Cottages is a Great place to stay. Very convenient. ADORN M. from MOUNT KISCO, NY recommends this property. Stayed for 28 days in March, 2012 Have stayed at Beach Cottage in the past. This unit had the bare essentials , however you can get buy with them. Only drawback is the smell sometimes from the bird sanctuary otherwise the unit is very close to the pool and beach. Was fun to barbecue by the pool meeting the other fine people who also rent. The complex is immaculate after the major renovation . Enjoyed it very much and hopefully will be back next year again. Condo In General A guest from Brownsburg, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2011 I have stayed at this condo several times before. I didn't care which condo I stayed at, because the other condos were pretty much the same and had the same items inside the condo. This condo was different. It was burning hot when we got inside the condo, we went to find the control panel and it states not to put the air conditioning above 78 degrees because the pipes would freeze! Really!!! I followed the rule for 2 days and then I moved it down to 70 and it was fine and the pipes did not freeze up. I believe the owners didn't want to pay the extra electric bill. The washer did work very well. Always had to re-spin the clothes because they were still sopping wet when the cycle was done. Dryer worked very well. Hardly any towels for all of us. Had to wash them constantly. Furniture was very uncomfortable, the light switches didn't work for the lamps and most of the lamps didn't work.
