Stayed for 7 days in February, 2013 I've been to Maui 7 times...this condo was a last minute "filler" after we decided to extend our stay and the unit we were in wasn't available. It is in N.Kihei with a nice beach within walking distance. It has A/C (huge plus) and is nicely updated. The couch is not very comfortable and there is no laundry in the unit, which if I had realized, I probably would have kept looking. It's also a queen bed, and we prefer a king. All in all, it was just ok, but for the price, not a bad place. And anyplace on Maui is better than none at all! lolAloha. Then a resident had both if our "reserved" bbq's in use stating that they were remodeling their unit and they had no kitchen . The complex is small and in very good cond. for the age. We enjoyed the pool and outside BQ. Very accessible, walking to beach, shopping, restaurants. The unit is nice however the bed's mattress needs replaced along with the pillows and the sofa bed is not acceptable for use as a bed.
