The unit comes with TWO lanais (balcony's)-- A LARGE one accessed (from living room and master bedroom) and the second lanai is accessed from the second bedroom THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS LOCATION! You are literally steps away, just across the street from one of Maui's beautiful south shore white sand beaches. We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels for your added convenience. The Complex also offers 2 pools, on-site activities guide, nice clean propane grills and tennis court. Also lots of restaurants and great shopping are well within walking distance. Tremendous pride of ownership shows with every detail of this lovely condo - especially cleanliness!!

Great balcony view. Super beach A guest from Yorba Linda, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in May, 2013 This fit our needs exactly for 2 couples. We each had our space. The view off the Master balcony was just exquisite. The place had everything, even 5 Boogie boards. We prepared breakfasts and one dinner. I even used the Weber gas grill. I have never seen a Weber that was so clean and new looking. The grounds were well kept up. Only drawback was parking. Lots of steps to manage your luggage up and down. There were a few parking spaces at one end of building, but they were always full at night when we returned from touring. Other space was on the 3rd floor of the parking structure. (Quite a walk.) The showers had mould and the toilet seat in the 2nd bath was nasty. Otherwise just great. Snorkeling around the point was fabulous. Stayed for 11 days in February, 2013 We had a 3 week vacation at this condo and it is as nice as shown in the is very clean and updated.Having a/c in living room and both bedrooms was a real plus,although you usually get a breeze and we did not have to use it very often.The view of the ocean is awesome,you are able to watch the sunset or the whales while relaxing on your lanai. I was concerned about how much road noise there would be as you are right next to the road but it was not as bothersome as I had anticipated.The beach supplies,chairs etc. was nice to have(would have been nice to have had a cooler supplied). Our only complaint was the bed was a bit to soft for our comfort,it is a very nice pillowtop mattress but does not have a boxspring so tends to sag from lack of support.Maui Condo and Car were excellent to book through,Ann Marie made the process very smooth.We had to call them while there with an issue with one of the sliding lanai doors and they had maintanence fix it within a couple of hours. Very impressed. I would definetly recommend this condo and book with Maui Condo and Car again. Stayed for 7 days in October, 2012 I wod like to see more dishwasher soap and garbage bags in the kitchen, enough so we can because I think once people run out they aren't buying more they most likely will wash dishes with dish soap. Also if the kitchen was equipped with spices and tin foil. These are all minimal cost items but the price of the condo was so high that these little costs I feel should be included. Stayed for 6 days in March, 2012 We stayed in F-201 for 6 nights in March 2012 and the suite was everything as shown in the video. Updated kitchen, spacious, very clean. Terrific view from the balcony and directly across the street from the beach. Barbeques available to cook on downstairs and a great pool a short walk away. Roomy condo with two bedrooms and two baths. We got lots of use out of the boards, tubes, chairs and umbrellas left in the closet. We highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again next time. The unit is one of the best in the complex as it is in a separate smaller building facing the beach and you don't feel you are in a large complex at all. You can often get a parking spot in a small lot just outside the building super close. We rented a car at the same time from Maui Condo & Car and it was great. Thanks, Maui Condo & Car. This is a fantastic place in a great location in Kehei! Litterally across the street from a great beach - Kam 2, and one block away from restaurants and shops. The condo is wondeful, great location, updated flooring, beds and kitchen. The Maui Banyan grounds are kept and have a very safe and tropical feel to it. Literally everything we needed was provided in the condo, aside from your own groceries obviously. Air conditioning and a wonderful lanai that overlooked the beach and ocean was also a plus. Nice but .... George H. from Milton, MA recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in January, 2012 The condo is nice, well-furnished, and has a good view of the ocean. We had a good time in it, but it needs some definite improvements. The first is that the toilet seat in the main bathroom be replaced. It is not securely attached to the toilet and becomes detached from it when one sits on it. Other issues: A description of condo F201 should state explicitly that one can reach it only by climbing about a dozen stairs and descending about six (the numbers are not exact, I didn?t count the steps). The air-conditioner in the living room is programmed to come on automatically at 7:00 a.m. This is quite unnecessary any time of the year, but especially in the winter. One can easily turn it off, but why should it be so programmed? The handle of the main sliding door leading to the lanai has a vertical crack in it. It probably can?t be fixed and will one day need to be replaced. I was quite satisfied with Maui Condo and Car, especially with their efforts to enable me to use Rapid Rental Check-in with Dollar Rent-A-Car. However, I think that their website should explain better how one goes about reserving the car after reserving the condo. And getting a confirmation number from Dollar (not just from Maui Condo and Car) would make everything easier for the customer.
