The staff at Waterfront Realty were professional yet friendly. We always felt they were there to make our visit the best possible.The condo was beautifully decorated and we loved the new mattresses. Being upstairs gives us a great view of the sunsets. Tropic Breezes fits our vacation needs: plenty to see and do, a heated clean pool, a safe community, and other guests our age to relax with in the sun. We Had a Wonderful Stay at Tropic Breezes Connie & Ed S. from New Bedford, MA recommends this property. Stayed for 42 days in February, 2010 We had a great six weeks in Unit 17 at Tropic Breezes and want to thank the owner for keeping everything up to date and comfortable for us to share! As you can tell by our survey we love the location, cleanliness, manager's attention to our arrangements, and the property condition. We also felt the on-site caregivers in Unit 21 were very friendly, helpful, and busy daily with their assignments. Our only frustration may not be "fixable": the air conditioning units on the outside back wall of the units are very loud as they start up and have a loud thrumming sound as they work. Are we the only ones to mention this? Thanks to Waterfront Realty and our condo's owners for a first rate vacation spot. We'll be back next season!
