Then, to your right, you'll step up into the living room, complete with a wood burning fireplace and stylish mantle, noticing the antique clocks and cabin style furnishings. There is even a space under the staircase that houses toys and living room extras. The large windows in these rooms allow you to enjoy the courtyard atmosphere of the front yard, with the flower boxes and birdhouses lovingly placed and maintained by the owner. This really is someone's much-loved beach home!As you stroll through the house you will notice the downstairs bathroom, back porch/laundry room and two quaint and lovely downstairs bedrooms in the back of the house. You'll find one room that has a small bunk bed for the children and a spacious master bedroom for Mom & Dad. By these rooms, you'll find the stairs to the upper floor, where there are three more bedrooms and a bath, beautifully designed and decorated for the rest of the family or your cherished friends. Two of the bedrooms feature a Queen size bed and the last has a Twin Bunk Bed. This is a sweet and beautiful home that will make you want to come back again and again to the beach. It's everything you could want and much, much more.
This home is in a perfect location - just houses to the City Park and blocks to downtown and the golf course - this newly remodeled four bedroom home is just 1-1/2 blocks to the ocean and features beautiful landscaping in the front and a back deck for entertaining.TWO CAR LIMIT
