Upgraded furnishing and the spaciousness of 2,200 square feet of interior space and 2,900 square feet of total area provide luxury beach living for up to 10 people. Dream Maker is furnished as follows:

1st Floor
The spacious first floor living, dining and kitchen area is an open floor plan that allows socializing to take place without feeling cramped. Relax on the comfortable furniture and bask in the ample natural light as it pours in through many windows. The kitchen is located just off the living and dining area and provides all the essentials for preparing meals and the all important vacation beverages. When it is time to dine, three barstools and the dining table provide space to seat the whole crew. A large LCD TV with DVD and HD service is available for your viewing pleasure. Just outside the 1st floor living area is a covered porch complete with chairs, table and Gas BBQ. Breathe the fresh sea air and relax, you are at the beach! This porch is the perfect setting to enjoy those “vacation beverages”.This floor also features a bedroom with Queen Bed and a Full Bath with tub and shower combination.

2nd Floor
The Master Bedroom, Master Bath, two of the Guest Bedrooms and a Guest Bath are located on the second floor. The Master Bedroom features an elegant and comfy four poster King Bed and has hardwood flooring. The Master Bedroom also has a sitting area and LCD TV and HD service. This private seating area is great for some quiet time reading or watching TV when you are not quite ready to socialize with the rest of the group. The Master Bath has a walk-in shower and separate tub. There is a guest bedroom with a Queen Bed and a guest bedroom with Two Twins Beds. A full bath is shared by the two guest bedrooms.

3rd Floor
The 3rd floor is the Tower Room offering panoramic views from three walls of windows. Enjoy views of the tropical setting, Gulf-views, and even the Sandestin Fireworks. The Tower Room has a LCD TV with DVD and HD service and is a great second living area for relaxing or socializing. The sofa converts to a bed.

The Gulfside Cottage Community Pool is just 4 houses away and there are no major roads to cross.
