On the first level of this home, there's a sitting room with piano and reading area, opening to three bedrooms and a half bath. The second level has an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area, and a bathroom. There's also a large, riverfront deck with outdoor dining and stairs leading to the yard. The third level has a TV lounge with desk set, a master bedroom with its own bathroom, and a second bedroom. From the yard surrounding the house, steps lead down to a seasonal hammock, outdoor bar, riverside patio with outdoor dining, and lawn area. From the patio, there are stairs to the seasonal dock. Across the driveway from the house, there's a gazebo with hot tub. Just beyond the gazebo, there's a sleeping cottage with its own deck (about 300' from the house). It's an easy walk to downtown Monte Rio, with movie theater, store, restaurants, movie rental, boat rentals. House is ~2800sf. Please note that the Airstream camper on the property is kept locked and unoccupied, and is not available for guests. This is a riverfront home.
