With all hardwood floors, the living room has a comfortable black leather couch, wicker chair, coffee table and TV. The kitchen has been recently updated, with new granite countertops, appliances and cabinets. There is extra seating at the kitchen breakfast bar that seats 4.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with 2 single twins. The couch in the living room also converts to a double bed. The bathroom has brand new tile, mirror vanity and light fixtures.

No outdoor seating, but there is a Weber gas BBQ, perfect for cooking for family and friends. This home is walking distance to the beach, Newport Pier, grocery store, shops and local restaurants. Great for a beach getaway!

There is a non-coin washer and dryer and 1 parking spot in the shared garage.

Great location, really SMALL place Deborah G. from Riverside, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2012 I rent every summer and this was a really uncomfortable rental. It sleeps six but the mattresses are horribly old and uncomfortable and need to be replaced. It may sleep six but there is not enough furniture or room for six people otherwise. The furniture is so uncomfortable. No air conditioning and the unit was unbearable during the day when the sun was out. I would not rent this unit again. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 location of property was great. pictures were pretty accurate of the house. perfect for a small family. burr white staff was very pleasant and helpful. the BBQ was a pain, ran out of propane and couldnt finish dinner one night, and sometimes it wouldnt light all the way. owner should consider a new one or possibly the unit A and B could share the Unit A larger BBQ. our family had a wonderful time and would consider this for next year. very cute little unit. Vacation Rental Aug 2011 Veronica W. from Glendale, AZ recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2011 We had a GREAT week in this little house. It was very clean and the location couldnt be beat! The washer and dryer in the garage were a huge help we took an abundance of clothes and beach towels but being able to do a load or two of laundry during our stay was fantastic. We had no issues but it seems our downstairs neighbors had a little bit of one with their cable (again this was not an issue for us) it seems that their needing assistance caused the owner to stop by and just make sure everything was ok in our unit. That was a plesant surprise to see the follow through by the owner himself! We have NO complaints this is a wonderful place if you are a small family wanting to relax at the beach. I would highly recommend this property and Burr White to my friends and family. Thanks for a wonderful week. We are planning to see you again next summer! We wanted easy access to the beach and this rental had it. It was pretty noisy and in a "party" area in Newport; with the windows open at night, it was pretty loud on the weekends. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2008 Overall a nice stay. have been renting from burr white on my own only the last 2 stays, but coming to other properties over 12 years previous to that with the in-laws. property close to beach and pier which was convenient as i have a younger child. There was a little too much construction 2 homes from my rental and directly behind me which posed noise problems and exit and entrance in alley to my garage space. Only one problemwith rental with leak in shower onto floor, which i called and left maintenance a message and they never returned my call. That dept needs some inprovement, as my message clearly stated water was running onto the floor. A little sprucing up before renting would have been nice for the price of the rental. Have paid the same amount for an immaculate 1 bdrm in past. Overall, as I have said, it is newport and despite these inconveniences we had a good time.
