This is a great upper unit, in an ideal location on the Newport Peninsula, located just 7 homes from the ocean and 4 blocks from the grocery store, Pavilions, and the bordering restaurants, and shops. The large deck has a small table with seating for two so that you and a friend can enjoy the view. There is a charcoal grill for BBQ?ing your favorite meal. The living area is nice, with a sofa and several wicker arm chairs with nice cushions, surrounding the fireplace, with a TV between the living and dining area. The dining table seats 4 guests, and there are several bar stools at the kitchen counter for the rest of the family. The kitchen has nice appliances, including a dishwasher.

There are three bedrooms; the master has a king bed, one guest bedroom has a queen, and the third bedroom has a twin bed and a twin bunk bed.

There is a shared coin-operated washer and dryer in the garage, and one spot to park on the right hand side of the garage. The clearance is tight so please enquire for dimensions before risking damage to your SUV.

Cute place in a great location Delene O. from Chandler, AZ recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2007 This place was just 4 houses up from the beach which was good for us. We did not want to be right on the beach due to all the people on the boardwalk but close enough to walk to and from beach with all our stuff. We have a 5 and 8 year old that were able to walk up if they needed and we were able to keep an eye on them from where we were on the beach. We have rented several other places and this one was by far the best. Not to close to the pier but close enough to walk to. Also close enough to walk or bike to Albertsons.
