The living room has 2 couches, coffee table, fireplace, 1 armchair, flat screen TV and phenomenal ocean views! There is a new dining room table that seats 4 with 3 additional seats up at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has brand new granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing and preparing food. The patio has a table that seats 4, fire pit and a BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends! The beach volleyball courts are right in front of the house, perfect for playing or watching a game!

The master suite has a king bed, dresser, closet and ceiling fan. It also has a nice adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower and granite countertops. The second bedroom has 1 full bed with new bedding and decor. The third bedroom has 2 single twins. 75th Birthday Beach Bash Randall and Judy W. from Glendale, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 Only a few things that needed attention, we thought. The downstairs bathroom had some bad wall damage at the tub area with some pipes visible...not too good. The sliding door in the master was difficult to open and close and seemed to come off the runner. The dishwasher broke upon arrival but the owner was good about bringing in a new one, which didn't work either, but that is nothing structural. All in all it was really a very nice spot on the beach and the house had new counters, floors and great patio. We loved our weeks' stay. Rental filled the beed, but far from perfect. A guest from Gilbert, AZ recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2012 Sheets were not clean when we arrived. Had been left in the washer. Property manager was very unprofessional. Parked in front of the garage and was nowhere to be found. Finally stumbled up after an hour completely drunk. This happened twice. Also had a huge party on the top unit until early morning hours. Lots of drinking. Smoking and loud music. Not a good environment for families. I wanted to share our experience with you as the rental was quite disappointing to us. When we rented, our expectations were quite high as the weekly rate was slightly higher than other properties, unfortunately, the unit did not live up to these high expectations in a number of ways;cleanliness, general appearance, amenities. Some specifics;Cleanliness: The unit was clearly not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. The air vent in the kitchen was particularly filthy as were walls and even light switches. There were old linens in one bedroom on the floor as well as several used cleaning towels. There was no toaster but the toaster oven we found was not clean. We did not ask for an additional cleaning as we were anxious to get our vacation started however, I can assure you that it was a hurried job at best.Appearance: The unit had a number of items in disrepair including a shelf near the front door that looked as though it would fall down at any minute, the master bedroom pocket door routinely came off its tracks, the shower sliding door would not shut, the dining room table was chipped, the kitchen faucet was not secure, the patio table required a book under a leg for balance and several other miscellaneous items..Amenities: I had not expected to have to purchase items such as laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, etc?We did. Additionally, the propane tanks for the BBQ and fire pit were empty upon arrival (they were filled after we made a call to your office). To add to all of the above, at several points during the week, we or the upstairs renters had to turn away workmen looking to stucco the outside walls, repair the cable or put in flooring on the 3rd floor.Again, given the price of this unit and the details we were given on-line, I was expecting more.
