The living room has 1 couch, coffee table, fireplace, 2 armchairs, flat screen TV and phenomenal ocean views! There is a new dining room table that seats 6 with 3 additional seats up at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has brand new granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing and preparing food. The outdoor deck has a table, chairs and a BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends! The beach volleyball courts are right in front of the house, perfect for playing or watching a game!

There are 2 master suites. Each has a king bed, dresser and a TV. They also have a nice adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower and granite countertops. One of the master bedrooms has a full futon mattress on a box spring. The third bedroom has a single full bed and the fourth bedroom has 1 single full bed and 1 single twin. There is another full bathroom between the third and fourth bedrooms with nice countertops and walk-in shower.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit and 1 parking spot in the garage.

Lots of room for friends to come by and visit and the views were to die for. The home was very clean and the beds comfortable. The kitchen could use a few extra amenities but we did fine. We would definitely come back again. Dont stay in this unit A guest from Salt Lake City, UT does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2010 For the second year in a row, this property was not ready when we arrived at 2:30. The owner was once again doing construction and we had to wait and did not get into the unit until after 5pm. Then we waited to have a bed delivered until after 7:30pm. It was sadly similar to what happened to us last year. This was incredibly inconveneient with elderly parents and toddlers and no place to go! The owner never apologized let alone acknowledged that there was a problem. The owner did construction EVERY day outside or above the unit. Pounding, drilling, stucco, fumes, blowtorches - you name it...starting at 7am and going all day and into the evening. His workers blocked us in one day while stuccoing the stairs and expected us to stay in the unit for about 4 hours! They parked behind our cars and blocked us in. We had to call Craig at Burr White every day with issue after issue. In addition, neither DVD player worked in the upper and lower units, our master shower leaked so badly there was mold on the floor, we had no main light in the master bedroom. Burr White was made aware of the issues and no one ever came back to fix them. At least on day three we finally received one key that actually fit the door lock so we could lock the unit! The owner didn't care about our inconveniences. The unit has a good layout and location and fits our family great, but we will not be back. Craig at Burr White promised a refund from Burr White for one day's stay so we will see if they come through with that.....Very frustrated and disappointed. Warning: Rent at your own risk!
