A gourmet kitchen fronts a large and open living and dining room, while a large custom-forged metal fireplace creates a warm and cozy spot for intimate gatherings. The room's large windows and a deep covered balcony perfectly frame the Pacific Ocean & windswept spruces beyond, creating the ideal spot to welcome day end sunsets.

The 2nd floor guest suites are perfect for accommodating large families. The master suite enjoys commanding views of the ocean with access to the private rooftop balcony. The master suite bathroom includes a luxurious soaking tub, heated floor, and walk-in steam shower. The Seabrook Home Owners Association has set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work.
