This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 344 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida. This is building 3, fourth floor (unit 344). It is a luxury unit with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms. It has views of the ocean and golf course from the balcony. We also manage the units next door (unit 343 and unit 345) for families traveling together.

The condo needs to be refreshed badly, the site is great Jacqueline Lemieux R. from St-Felicien, QC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 77 days in January, 2013 Cinnamon Beach environment and the site are great,nice and enjoyable. Unit #344 needs repairs, the AC and Heating system don't work properly, carpet very dirty, mattresses and bedding worn out and to be replaced, not enough or too old glassware, silverware, living room coaches to be replaced. I would recommend to rent at Cinnamon Beach, but not unit 344. Then once located, it was hard to figure out the heating/air system(very cold the week we were there), Cable, internet, or phone did not work for 3 days, then 2 bedrooms got fixed, living room had to be reprogramed they finally sent someone out late that night, bit master Tv still did not work, owners wouldn't return call to agency so they had to borrow a TV from another unit for the master.... Tv issue wouldn't have been so bad if it was warmer but it wasn't. And to keep little one's/teenagers entertained... Not so easy! Three Weeks in August A guest from Komoka, ON does not recommend this property. Stayed for 21 days in August, 2012 This was our 4th year back at Cinnamon Beach and our longest general we love the area and resort. The unit was basic and starting to look a little worn. The worst was the carpets which needed a cleaning. The stains resembled a frat house near the kitchen and dining room. The unit did not have a phone working upon our arrival but the VRP person Jessica Breckenridge got on the issue right away and got it hooked up. The elevator at the pool was out of order twice during our stay which is a huge issue for us families with a wheelchair. I recommend the resort but not this particular unit. Awesome Condo in an excellent neighborhood A guest from Gray, Tennessee recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 We stayed at 344 Cinnamon Beach in late July. The condo was very, very nice. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of towels available, however, only about 6 washcloths. The only real criticism I have is that the master bedroom did not have a light blocking shade on the sliding glass door and the vertical blinds were not in very good shape. One was broken off and you really couldn?t open and close them which made access to the balcony difficult from the master bedroom. The grounds and the pools were very nice and we enjoyed them. It was very easy to park and move your luggage in and out of the condo. We rarely even saw other people around our building, and never heard our neighbors on either side (we didn?t even know there was anyone there until late in the week.) We could hear the people upstairs walking around and moving furniture.The beach is beautiful and easy to access, however, I want to mention that there are lots of shells and rocks under the water (you can see them at low tide, but not at high tide.) If you plan to surf or boogie board this is not the beach you want to do that on. One member of our family had their foot cut by the rocks and another had so many shells in his swimsuit that it rubbed his skin raw. If you are just playing around the waters edge it should not be a problem, and we found many beautiful and unbroken shells.Overall, it was an excellent experience and we enjoyed our vacation greatly. My review of 344 Cinnamon Beach A guest from Decatur, GA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2012 Upon arrival the door code did not work and we had to dig thru papers (after 7 hour drive) to find what phone # to call to get in the unit and found out the code given was wrong and was for internet use. Internet was non-functional same as cable tv. Called for help and while courteous the gentleman was not cable or internet savvy. Never got WiFi working. Bed sheets had hair on them, door lock on patio didn't work, hall toilet took 2-3 flushes per use, washer smelled like something electrical was burning and had to be nursed along, blinds were difficult to operate. Maybe other units are better maintained? While I might recommend this location, I would not recommend this unit to a friend. Whoever was staying in the unit above us had bulls running and pounding the floor constantly. Great family vacation! Jim P. from Etowah, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2012 A very laid back community for unwinding. The condo was everything I expected it would be from the internet pictures and more. Loved the shaded walkng trails, balcony view, especially the sunrises and sunsets from the beach. The pool was great. Grandson (4yrs) had a great time. Not many places to dine out close by, but JT's had good food and was very close. Drove in to St Augustine out last night and ate at Harry's. Great food and atomsphere outside, with live music. The only negative I can think of at Cinnamon Beach was there was no chairs or umbrellas to rent. Would definitely recommend it and I will go back. The Resort was nice. The lock on our door malfunctioned, and the carpet had to be cleaned, but all was handled in a timely manner.
