We loved the room set up, the pool and hottub as well as the location to the beach, shopping and day trips. We enjoyed the outside fireplace, the BBQ and of course the kitchen was great to work in. The house could have been a little cleaner but overall we were happy with the home and had a great vacation with our group of friends. Any issues we had were quickly resolved for us. Stayed for 7 days in September, 2012 This was our first vacation with the family in a while and we wanted to provide them with something special and you delivered. Between the ocean and the pool I think my grandkids grew webs between their fingers and toes. We really loved the peaceful area with all the nature around our house. Sitting on our one of many decks with our kids enjoying the pool lights. The little walk to the ocean was no problem and we would do it again in a heartbeat. Great time by all! Some Good/Some Bad Jennifer C. from Sellersburg, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the pool and outdoor spaces. The patios and terraces are filthy. They all need to be power washed. On arrial day we had to request the rug at the LL covered patio be removed because it was filled with mold. Pool was cloudy all week and spa randomly drained to lowest level. Pool contractor needs to come at least twice a week, rather than once a week to keep up with the bathe load of weekly occupancy. We have always owned pools and know this would likely remedy the problem. Also, cleaning crew not done until 4:00 day of check-in and probably didn't have time to properly clean everything. You apparently didn't enforce the checkout time on the previous guest. TV at LL patio never worked. Also cannot watch more than two TV stations throughout the property, which is rediculous. When you pay $6,000/week, you would expect to watch more than two stations at a given time. In all your promotion of how high tech the home is, you never mentioned that. Everyone in their bedrooms at night had to watch the same two stations. Also lost connection to internet and had to troubleshoot issue ourselves with the cable provider. Beautiful upmarket home, great location. A guest from West Chester, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2012 Perfect home for multi-generational group. Grandma and Grandpa had the privacy and quiet of staying in the cabana while the noisier and more active members of the group enjoyed this beautiful home. The kitchen wants for nothing, the bedrooms are comfortable, the pool perfect and the views from the two huge balcony's are relaxing. The house location in the gated community is totally private. Golf course in the back and lake to the left. I would highly recommend this home, you will not be disappointed. We hope to go back there again one day. Not too close to the beach A guest from Orlando, FL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2012 Was farther away than we were told on the phone. The general cleanliness was lacking quite a bit. The house was beautiful and everything top of the line, as other reviews stated, sound system was very difficult to work and made watching tv quite difficult. Beds were very uncomfortable, really only set up for 1 adult master, rest of the bedrooms not really acceptable for adults. I slept upstairs in the 2 twin bed rooms and the bed was the worst I have ever slept on. Overall we had a great time, but would not stay there again. Going in and out of the community was also a bit of a pain, having to stop at the guard gate each time and scan your paper, could have provided a pass to get in on the other side as the residents have. Beautiful Home Karen S. from Port Charlotte, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in May, 2012 the home was Beautiful, needs a few things, hand towels,& face cloths,dish towels for the kitchen, sunloungers, light weight pool chairs,acrylic dishes and glasses for outdoor dining. THE TV WAS SO COMPLICATED, DID NOT WORK PROPERLY OUR WHOLE WEEK, MANAGEMENT DID NOT KNOW HOW TO OPERATE EITHER. THE POOL WAS DIRTY AND WAS IN NEED OF A NEW FILTER, GOT CLEANED THE THURSDAY BEFORE WE LEFT,ONLY ON MY INSISTENCE. (My husband spent up wards of 45 mins, trying to clean pool/filter, and the spa only worked a couple of times, no heat.) There was no welcome pack, to advise how to work anything in the house, the management didnt even know the telephone number ( not listed at the house)so we had to give out our cell phones for them to call me back, and I called them on my cell phone LONG DISTANCE charges to me. We feel for the price we paid, some reimbursement should be offered to compensate us for frustration re: pool and Tv situation.Kevin was very helpful. Beautiful Home Karen S. from Howell, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2012 The home was beautiful, but all the electronics is very confusing. It was difficult to turn on the TV's, music, etc. Especially learning on getting the hot tub to work. Could use new pots and pans, EVERYTHING sticks to them and they are hard to clean. Other then being too electronic savvy the home was wonderful and everything we expected. It said we could use the facilities at Cinnamon beach but when we went up there they said we could not get in without a membership card and when I call the 800 # to find out how we get the card I was told that the owner did not belong to the facility. Tuscany by the Sea A guest from Winston Salem, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 We enjoyed our stay. The weather, the house and the area were beautiful and the maintanence people were extremely helpful! The house fit our family of 9 adults and 1 infant well. We did encounter a few problems though. The electronics on the house are very confusing. There are 8 tv's but they all share 2 satellite receivers meaning all the tv's and remotes are linked and you can only watch 2 different channels at one time. The music sound system was excellent but the audio for the tv was terrible. The shower hot water pressure was unacceptable in 3 of the 5 full baths. Our family of 9 had to share 2 showers. We found out the pool had a leak which had/has not been repaired. It took many visits from maintanence to temporarily fix this problem and to get the pool heated and filled. The beach was very nice but while out surfing we were told by many locals that sharks had been spotted and to get out of the water. We talked to many others after this and they all agreed that the sharks were a problem this year. Finally, the house was very clean but the pool cabana house was not. Despite the above mentioned problems our family enjoyed our stay thanks to the excellent maintanence staff, the wonderful weather, and a well appointed house. Luxury Living Glenna D. from Metcalf, ON recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in February, 2012 The property was very luxurios yet homey at the same time. We really enjoyed the hot tub and cabana. We appreciated the top notch kitchen and laundry ameneties,flat screen tv's, out door living spaces etc....However there were a lot of electronic glitches with the tv/stereo, and spa set ups that got rather frustrating at times. The maintanance guys were very helpful and courtious.I did take offence to the condesending manner in which I was spoken to by one of the girls in the office when calling for assistance with the electronics remotes though(the maintenance guys were very empathetic to this when we brought it to their attention).Also I was not told prior to arrival about the alarm system and I had specifically asked about it via email prior to our trip. As well as the checkout procedure was not the smoothest in the fact that we could not reopen the lock box to put the key in it upon our departure, so we were put in an awkward position as to what to do with the key; we chose the safest option and locked it in the house in an visible location for the staff).Overall though we had a great time at this beautiful property,situated in a very quiet gated community.
