When we arrived we thought the blender wasn't working, and the management company delivered a brand new one the next morning! Also, the owners did a great job on decorating it cute and beachy! The only reason the location could be better is if it was on the beach--but it's a super close drive and you can drive on the beach to unload your stuff! Stayed for 91 days in December, 2012 A roof problem caused a banging noise during high winds for 2 months before being fixed by the owners. Area rugs had a lot of stains. Other than those 2 things, we absolutely loved the place and look forward to staying there again next winter. The location was good, and we enjoyed the view from the 2nd and 3rd floors. Kitchen items (dishes, pans, etc.)and appliances were very high quality. We loved having a washer/dryer (even though the dryer took forever to dry clothes) and a garage. We felt very at home there. The past 2 times (both this summer) we have had problems checking in early even though there wasn't anyone staying there the night before. First time we stayed this summer, there was a big ant problem. The second time, the place was not very clean, one of the toilets needed to be plunged before it could even be used. Other than that, the trip went really well. I hope the owner of this beautiful unit seriously rethinks how the management company affects future rentals. The condo is in good condition although the tile flooring needs a good mopping. The only real issue we had was a toilet that would not flush and it took the management company about 10 hours to get someone out to repair. Location is not the greatest but "ok". Overall we had a good time but would probably stay somewhere else next year (personal preference), although I would still recommend it. Stayed for 6 days in June, 2012 The place is very lovely decorated and that's the only positive. The living room and kitchen is infested with ants. The property management sent out a pest control worker 2 times that week and it didn't resolve anything. The ants are still there. The DVD doesn't work. We asked to get that fixed and no one ever came to fix it. So don't count on using it. For the price I feel like these 2 problem ruined it for me. The condo that you guys reserved for me was a wow place for my family, specially my kids. They loved the kid's room, both of the balconnies, and most of all the after beach hours pool in the condo. The condo has everything that we need to keep us cleaned and fed. A short distance to the beach was pretty convenient for us. Kids was able to enjoy the beach for just a short ride. Wife was able to enjoy walking on the beach with the little one in 5 minutes after hopping into the car. For me, the part I enjoy the most was the place to throw my fishing hook after sun set was just a 5 minutes ride to the pear.I would definetely refer your service to friends or other family members (I actual did to two of my friends at work and one of family member - brother in law).Please send my personal thanks to Patrick. He was nice, polite, and very profession.
