Needs attention Mark N. from Castle Pines, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 This property is designed as a tennis resort geared toward families. The loud golf carts (gas instead of electric), and constant crowing of roosters frequently made it non-peaceful. No bar or restaurant made it fall short in the description of "resort". The property was outdated and needed maintenance (sliding screens constantly fell off, needed touch up painting, pillows were old, dining light fixture had broken switch,toilet ran frequently). As an FYI, the restaurant was destroyed by a fire and is in the process of being rebuilt. Kauai 2012, Princeville - Hanalei Bay Resort A guest from Richland, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 Nice location! Beautiful and very restful. The property was built in the late 70s/early 80s so it is showing signs of wear. Considering the environmental conditions it looks about as good as it could under the circumstances and still be economically viable for the Landlords. Beautiful property but condo needs some refurbishing. Chuck M. from Bluffton, SC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in February, 2012 Beautiful and spacious property, but the bed spread and sheets were threadbare and very old. The couch in the living room was uncomfortable and spotted. The Wi-Fi went out, and it was not fixed by the management company or their technician, who seemed rather incompetent. The bathroom/shower was too dark. Stayed for 7 days in January, 2011 We loved our trip and choice of location, however, the condo itself is in serious need of updating and has some issues with repair. I felt the condition of the condo did not match it's surroundings. The staff at the resort could not have been more pleasant and the view was incredible. Overall an awesome trip.
