Our living and dining area havve comfortable seating, a big TV with VCR and DVD player, and a fully appointed kitchen. The couch in the living room unfolds into a bed for 2, while the chairs offer curl-up comfort as you watch a favorite movie or simply gaze out through the sliding glass door onto the private patio below the wide blue sky.


The patio may become the place you eat most of your meals. Certainly it's a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine after dinner or that first cup of coffee in the morning. Always reminding you that the ocean is just yards away, it brings the beauty of the coast right to your doorstep!

The property was beautiful and the location great. The unit is dated. The kitchen had the very minimum of utensils and dishes. The dishwasher and stove need to be replaced. The master bath sink had a slow drain. The toilets need to be replaced. There was mold in the bathroom areas. The master bed did not have a mattress pad, and the mattress was stained. The patio furniture was cheap, uncomfortable. The pillows and linens should be updated. I live in a rental resort and found this property below my standards. The property rental was done entirely on line and there was no personal contact, however, that part of the rental arrangement was more than sufficient. Stayed for 3 days in April, 2013 The location was great and as described and accomodations were as promised, however the property was extremely dirty, the mattresses were old and sagging and the linens and pillows were old and smelly. There were goldfish crackers and other debris, dust and items under the couches and beds, etc). Very rundown A guest from Regina, SK does not recommend this property. Stayed for 44 days in January, 2013 Although Vacation Rental Pro's staff made Herculean efforts to help this property is in bad shape. The blinds are half broken and we were unable to close them properly at night for privacy. No vacuum which on a 6 week stay is bad. Ice machine broke and it took over a week to get ahold of the owner for permission to fix it. Very few cooking utensils. Hd to buy some necessities. Hot water turned so low it had to run several full minutes to warm up. (very wasteful). One set of sheets per bed and two old blankets paper thin. I could go on but why bother. All in all, again good location and layout but needs upgrading. VRP's did all they could and I will definitely rent from them again but not this property. Should not be rented out like this. Tara G. from Tampa, FL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2013 Very few places I stay and still feel dirty after I shower. The rate we paid on the room was acceptable for the size of it, but upkeep, cleanliness and general maintenance did not match the price. The master bedroom smelled like mildew and our family could not walk in the condo without socks or shoes on. The rental is very dated and needs a serious deep cleaning. If I was renting this condo to another family, I would be embarrassed to have my name attached to it. We travel many place and hoped having a kitchen would save us money. This is my first rental through Vacation Rental Pros and I would think again before renting with them again. The employees should be up front about the condition of the condo. Not to be a "negative Nelly" the master bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. My husband and I are looking into purchasing one for our home. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2012 The location was great, close to the beach access and close to the pool.The unit was not clean, old old throw rug in the family roon had a slight smell of urine and should have been replace a long time ago. The one bed in the second bedroom also had a odor. Carpet in that same room was filthy. Nothing smelled clean, I wondered if the sheets had been washed. The lock on the glass door broke completly the first day of our visit, it was corroded, something the CLEANING crew would have noticed. The refrig was missing a strip along the inside of the door that would hold mustard, ketchup, ect. Front door lock was corroded as well. Patio furniture was flithy. Mater bedroom has a pillow case for a standard pillow on a king size pillow. Wall paper in guest bathroom was peeling. No towel rack in that bathroom. Again, the location is great but this place needs much work. The unit was located in a perfect spot on the property. We had only a few issues: the front door lock did not work properly. We reported the problem, but it was not fixed. Secondly, the electricity would go off when the blower dryer was used in the master bath. The vertical blinds did not work properly in the living room or the master bedroom. Loved our vacation rental! Teresa P. from Branford, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in May, 2012 We totally enjoyed staying at our rental at Sea Place 14164! While the decor is somewhat dated, the condo was clean, and was a good size for the six of us. It was just steps from the patio to the pool, and very close to the walkway over the dunes to the beach. Since we had a 3 year old with us it was wonderful to be on the ground floor. The complex was quiet, and seemed to have mostly families. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, and we even discovered there were beach chairs and a few beach toys in the closet. One note, we could not get the wi-fi to work with our laptop, but a simple cable from the nearby Radio Shack overcame that problem. I especially enjoyed being able to watch the sun rise over the ocean from the comfort of the couch while sipping a cup of coffee! We would recommend this rental as a great spot to vacation. Master had mattress that squeaked terribly and had a foam topper to extend it's life. Furniture was "50s" in appearance. Bath mirror frame had separated from wall.
