Ocean & Racquet Club is an amenity-rich complex just yards from the sugary white sands of St. Augustine Beach. It offers two swimming pools (one heated), five Jacuzzi spas, a clubhouse, and tennis, racquetball, and shuffleboard courts. There's a private boardwalk down to the beach, and 24-hour security. You just can't find a better place for sports and relaxation in St. Augustine -- and you're mere minutes from the historic downtown, with its great sightseeing, shopping, and dining. Our condo is a haven of cool, comfortable relaxation after a busy day in the Florida sun. The patio out front connects you to the tropical landscaping of the resort, and is a great place any time of day. There's nothing as evocative as the salt-tinged air and murmur of the surf!
Step inside and you're in the open-plan living and kitchen area, with smooth tile floors, handsome wainscoting, a huge leather sectional sofa with 2 recliners at each end, and a 46" wall-mounted flat-screen TV. There's plenty of room in here to stretch out and get comfortable.
Just beyond the big living room is the kitchen, with a breakfast bar set with comfy stools beneath a palm-frond ceiling fan. This galley-style kitchen is completely equipped with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and gadgets you'd need to prepare and serve just about anything, along with immaculate full-size appliances and plenty of storage space in the wooden cabinetry. Stock up on tasty treats to supplement the fine restaurant cuisine of St. Augustine, and you're good to go!
The living and entertaining portion of Ocean & Racquet Club 1107 is pleasant, but your favorite place in our condo may turn out to be the master bedroom, with its ultra-comfortable queen-sized bed, wall-mounted 26" flat screen, CD player, large window, and en-suite bathroom. We provide all the linens you need for both bedrooms at our condo, as well as towel sets for both bathrooms. Pack light and don't worry about needing extra pillows or blankets -- chances are, whatever you need is waiting for you here!
The master bath is spotless, with both a shower and tub option. The second bathroom -- convenient to both the living area and the second bedroom -- is also fitted with both shower and tub. You never feel crowded at Ocean & Racquet 1107!
The second bedroom is ideal for children or friends. The bunkbed contains a single bed on top and a double on the bottom, so it accommodates several ankle-biters and is even big enough for adults to stretch out. There is also an air mattress for guests.
You will even find a laundry area at our condo, with a stacked washer and dryer. You're going to go through plenty of swimsuits, sports outfits, and beach towels at Ocean & Racquet 1107, so keep them all fresh and dry the easy way! What's the fun of having all these pools, Jacuzzis, and the beach if you can't run out for a late-night dip or an early swim?!

Needs updating Chris H. from Laurel, MD does not recommend this property. Stayed for 10 days in March, 2013 Please update the unit. The washing machine is so old and the controls r impossible to use. The air conditioning thermostat stopped. The connector was rusty. Needs general care.....very much. Splurge on some new sheets and towels. These r thread bare Everything else was very nice. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2012 Our rental was fine but couldn't get any help afterwards on retrieving my pillow which was left accidentally. Called on several occasions with no one really eager to help. Pillow was far different from any others in the unit and now I have a mis-matched pillowcase! "Oh well" seemed to be the response I got.
