These one and two bedroom condominiums offer comfort and convenience at an affordable price for any size family or group. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. In lieu of a USD 250 Security Deposit authorization hold on a credit card at check-in, guests have the option to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver that will cover for accidental damages up to a maximum of USD 5000.00, for a nominal one time fee of USD 29.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays- studio w/loft, 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom w/ loft - USD 20.00, 2 bedroomt - USD 35.00.
