The Sousa House is located just before Sunnyside on Lake Tahoe's west shore, approximately 2.5 miles south of Tahoe City. It offers panoramic lakeviews from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom! You can enjoy sitting on the sunny deck while overlooking the Lake. The deck has a gas BBQ, patio table and chairs (weather permitting). It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, pots, pans, dishes and everything you'll need to enjoy a relaxing vacation in Tahoe.

The living room has a television with cable, VCR, stereo system with CD and a large stone fireplace. There is a 2 car garage and parking for 2-4 cars in the driveway. 4 wheel drive is recommended when renting this home during winter months.

This home also has membership to the Tahoe Park Beach area which is located just down the hill next to Sunnyside. There are 2 piers, a swim area for kids, volley ball, basketball, lots of picnic tables with BBQ's and lawn areas.

It's also close to Paige Meadows which is a popular hiking/biking area in summer and cross country skiing area in the winter.

North Lake Tahoe offers some of the best ski areas including Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Homewood Mountain Resort and Northstar at Tahoe. All are only a short drive away.

Cleaning fee of $150 includes linens.
