Step onto the large balcony for clear views north to the Jetty and Ocean Shores beyond. The large dining room table provides the perfect setting for family meals or games. The large kitchen is well stocked and functions well for multiple chefs. It overlooks the living room and dining room so you are always part of the conversation. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom including jetted tub and separate vanity. Beach access is just a few steps away.

In addition to all the comforts of home in your beach vacation condo, your stay with us includes total access to all the amenities our property has to offer. This includes a large hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and playground for the little ones. Sports equipment is available for checkout at our Front Desk. Soak up the sunshine and relax on one of the many park benches and watch the activities. No worries, its time to have fun at the beach!

I'm not sure the weekly cleaning crew accomplishes a lot however. In reference to this survey, Jason Pond has visited the unit for a total of 2 weeks in 5 months and even though I've requested his name be removed as a reference, it has not happened. Jarl was very responsive installing the wireless and I definitely appreciated that - it would be nice if the Owner upgraded the TV and cable in the unit. My biggest disappointment is in the hours of the exercise room - I've asked if it could be available at 4 AM for those of us who prefer to workout earlier but apparently this is not possible. We recently installed WIFI for all our vacation rental units for guests to use while they stay with us and I'm pleased it worked out well for you. You'll be pleased to know for your next stay with us that the Home Owners Association has decided to allow Fitness room access 24 hour a day starting March 7th. You'll just need the electronic key FOB assigned to each room to access the fitness room and the pool area is still limited access from 9am - 10pm. Great beach condo Reviewed by: A guest recommends this property. Stayed for 31 days in August, 2010 Loved the fact that we had lots of room to spread out. It was perfect for a family trip, quick drive out to the coast from So. King County. Loved that we could pick up supplies at costco in Lacey and cook in the condo. Check in/check out was easy, I thought the price was super affordable for how much space we got. We will be coming back in the Spring to celebrate my parents anniversary and will all fit in this 2 bedroom condo. BTW we did the geo cache walk with our kids and they loved "treasure hunting". We had a 2 bdr and had plenty of room and were right by the pool. Nice location by the beach but close enough to town to bike to and walk if you really felt up to it.
