Who should I contact to rent a vacation property?
Near the top of each property page, customers can click the "Email an Availability Inquiry Now" link to request more information directly from the property owners. You will be prompted to fill out a short form with any questions you may have as well as your contact information so the property owner will be able to reply. All the information sent through this form will be relayed directly to the property owner through CoastRentals.com.

Will I be working with CoastRentals.com or directly with the property owners?
At CoastRentals.com, we do not own the properties, rather, we market them. Therefore, customers will be working directly with the property owners to complete the rental arrangements. If calling a property owner, please remember to mention finding the property at CoastRentals.com.

How much will it cost to list my property on CoastRentals.com?
CoastRentals.com works both with individual property owners and property managers. Individual property owners can list their property for 30-days FREE on CoastRentals.com to try out our services. After the trial period has ended, one-year renewals are just $120. Property managers should contact us for more information.

How does CoastRentals.com market itself and the properties?
CoastRentals.com is built upon its strong online marketing campaigns, with a dominating presence both in major search engines and through pay-per-click advertising. Additionally, we look to be recognizable members of each community we service through local newspapers, travel guides, billboards, and vacation packages. There is not a more all-encompassing marketing effort for Coast Vacation Rentals in the country.

What methods of payment are available?
Services offered by CoastRentals.com (payments are processed through our website's secure online environment) can be obtained using a major credit card. If you are renting a property found on CoastRentals.com, all payments are to be arranged by you and the property owner.

I am a property manager, are there any discounts for multiple listings?
Property managers can (and are encouraged to) list all their properties with CoastRentals.com. Since each case is different, we will work with you personally to create a mutually beneficial business relationship.

How many pictures can I have on my property page?
CoastRentals.com allows 20 photos of every listed property. You must have the rights to the photos displayed on CoastRentals.com.
